What Fitness Trackers do You Make Covers For?
We make stretch fabric covers in 5 fashion lines (Classic, Metallic, Olympic, Sparkle, and Flo') for the Fitbit Flex, Jawbone UP and UP24.
Our Fitbit Charge fashion accessories will cover a Small or Large Fitbit Charge/Fitbit Charge HR (Sparkle, Olympic, and Classic).
Do your covers work with the Fitbit Charge HR?
Design.UX covers will fit both the Fitbit Charge and the Fitbit Charge HR. Some functionality is lost when using our covers including the ability to view the display panel and obtaining an accurate heart rate. Step tracking is not affected.
Do You Ship to the UK?
We offer free shipping to anywhere in the world by standard Canada Post.
Where is my Order?
Orders are shipped the day after we receive them. Our free shipping via Canada Post to a US destination can take up to 10 business days. That is why our Shipping Information page states a 7-14 day delivery time. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks please contact us. Overseas orders may take even longer to arrive.
Can I Customize my Order?
Not at this time. Design.UX covers come prepackaged from the manufacturer in collections of 3.
Instructions for Fitbit Flex Wristbands
Fitbit Flex Small vs Large Sizing?
Our stretch fabric covers offer universal sizing. The only difference with the Fitbit Flex small vs large is in the length. Here are the size specifications for Fitbit Bracelets.
SMALL 5.5 - 6.9 inches (140 - 176 mm)
LARGE 6.3 - 8.2 inches (161 - 209 mm)
WIDTH 0.6 inches (13.99 mm)
The maximum width on all Fitbit Flex bracelets is identical. This means that you can pull the stretch cover over a small or large Fitbit Flex bracelet without any problems. There will be some excess material when one of our covers is used with a small wristband but it can be folded back on itself or even trimmed with pair of scissors.
